Local artist Gerard M. O’Keeffe contacted the Hub team recently and offered to set up an exhibition of his work, with a percentage of any sales going to the Cherry Hinton Hub and St Andrew’s Church.

We were delighted to meet with Gerard today to arrange the details of the exhibition.

Gerard’s work is based around nature, with beautiful interplay of colours and shapes and inspiration taken from Henri Matisse.

St. Andrew’s Church have very kindly agreed to host the exhibition on the first weekend in October (Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October). Please save the date!

All the artwork will be affordable – from £20 to no more than £200. So this is a great chance for you to own or gift an original piece of artwork, whilst raising money for two good causes in the community. Proceeds from sales go to The Cherry Hinton Hub (50%), St. Andrew’s Church (20%) and the artist (30%)

We will host a drinks reception on the evening of Friday 30th September, where you will have a chance to chat to Gerard about his work over a glass of wine. If you are interested in attending this event please email Kate with your contact details.

A big thank you to Gerard for supporting the Hub!
